Oven-Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
1 - Tbsp butter
2/3 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 ½ to 3 ½ pounds fryer chicken or boneless chicken breasts

Melt the butter in a 9x13x2 baking dish.

Mix everything else but the chicken in a bowl.

Coat the chicken in the mixture.

Place chicken in dish (it should be hot and butter should be melted) skin side down.
Notes:

I add Bar-B-Que sauce or a gravy the last 10 minutes.

Bake @ 425° for 35 minutes and turn chicken.

Bake another 20 minutes until juices are no longer pink.

Cool 5 to 10 minutes before seving. Goes great with a rice dish.
